  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix Customizable for different flavor profiles.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Can add red pepper flakes for heat.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.
  • to garnish Fresh parsley Adds freshness and color.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  • In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes (with juice), chicken broth, heavy cream, ranch seasoning, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Cooking

  • Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  • Cover and set slow cooker to low for 6-7 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks.
  • Stir well to combine shredded chicken with the creamy base.

Serving

  • Serve hot, garnished with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
  • Pair with crusty bread, rolls, or a light salad for a complete meal.
