Preparation

  • Start by peeling the mangoes. Cut the flesh away from the pit and chop it into small cubes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt with honey or maple syrup, mixing well until smooth.
  • In serving bowls, add a generous scoop of the yogurt as the base.
  • Top the yogurt with the chopped mango cubes, distributing them evenly.
  • Sprinkle granola over the mango for added crunch and texture.
  • Add shredded coconut and sliced almonds on top.
  • If desired, sprinkle some chia seeds or flaxseeds.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
