Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine melted butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and peanut butter. Mix until well combined.
  • Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil. Press the peanut butter mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan to form an even layer.
  • Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the peanut butter layer while it's still warm.
  • Before the chocolate cools completely, cut into bars. Allow to set at room temperature for at least 1 hour or refrigerate to firm up.
