  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil Used for sautéing.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds fragrance and flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated Enhances the aroma and taste.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  • Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Cooking

  • Increase heat to high and add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Brown for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Once the beef is fully cooked, stir in the shredded cabbage and drizzle with soy sauce.
  • Continue cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cabbage is tender but slightly crunchy.
  • Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
