Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese for coating
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  • In a large bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and Italian seasoning.
  • In another bowl, mix grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and olive oil to form a creamy coating.
  • Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, then dip into the cheese-garlic mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
  • Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
