Preparation

  • Wash the fresh lettuce thoroughly and dry it using a salad spinner or by patting with a clean kitchen towel.
  • Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large bowl.
  • In a separate small bowl, mix together the fresh lemon juice and olive oil. Whisk until combined.
  • Pour the lemon-olive oil mixture over the lettuce.
  • Add grated parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt, and a few cracks of black pepper to the salad.
  • Toss gently until the lettuce is well coated with the dressing and the cheese is evenly distributed.
  • Serve immediately, enjoying the fresh and vibrant flavors.
