  • 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 cup Rice (uncooked) Jasmine or short-grain rice works best.

For the Spicy Cream Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha Adjust according to spice tolerance.
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice

For Toppings

  • 1/4 cup Green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions
 

Marinating the Steak

  • Place your chosen steak in a bowl and pour the Korean BBQ sauce over it, ensuring it is fully coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking the Rice

  • Prepare your rice according to the package instructions, aiming for fluffy rice.

Cooking the Steak

  • Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated steak for 3-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Let it rest before slicing.

Preparing the Spicy Cream Sauce

  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, minced garlic, and lime juice until well combined.

Assembling and Serving

  • In a bowl, place a scoop of cooked rice, top with sliced steak, drizzle the spicy cream sauce, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
