Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Add sliced bell peppers and onions. Stir and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
Remove from heat and mix in shredded provolone cheese until melted and incorporated.
Take low-carb tortillas and spoon the beef mixture into each. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls for 10-15 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy.
Remove from oven, let cool for a minute, and serve warm.
