Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls

A delicious low-carb alternative to traditional Philly cheesesteak, packed with seasoned ground beef, sautéed bell peppers, onions, and creamy provolone cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Onion sliced
  • 1 cup Provolone Cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Add sliced bell peppers and onions. Stir and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  • Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  • Remove from heat and mix in shredded provolone cheese until melted and incorporated.
  • Take low-carb tortillas and spoon the beef mixture into each. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls for 10-15 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy.
  • Remove from oven, let cool for a minute, and serve warm.
