Cooking Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant and translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the broccoli florets and cover the skillet. Steam until tender and vibrantly green, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover until melted.
  • Once melted, gently stir and serve warm.
