Ingredients
  

For the Roll-Ups

  • 8 ounces sliced corned beef
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 8 large lettuce leaves (like romaine or iceberg)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and prepare your work area.
  • Lay out the lettuce leaves on a clean surface.
  • Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each lettuce leaf.
  • Sprinkle the garlic powder and onion powder over the cream cheese.

Assembly

  • Place a slice of corned beef on top of the cream cheese-covered lettuce.
  • Add sauerkraut on top of the corned beef.
  • Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese over the sauerkraut.
  • Drizzle Dijon mustard over the cheese.
  • Roll up the lettuce leaf tightly, securing the filling inside.
  • Secure with a toothpick if needed.
  • Repeat with the remaining ingredients.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of oil.
  • Place the roll-ups seam-side down in the skillet.
  • Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
