Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking sheet with olive oil or cooking spray.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  • Add the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning to the mixture. Stir until you achieve a uniform dough.
  • Transfer the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Press it down and shape it into a circle about ½ inch thick.

Baking

  • Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before adding your favorite toppings.
  • Return the pizza to the oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes to melt the cheese and heat the toppings.
