  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing) For greasing the baking sheet.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and shredded cheese until fully blended.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix until evenly distributed.
  • Use a spoon to drop small amounts of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each mound slightly to form chip shapes.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and the chips become crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
