Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, almond flour, eggs, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
  • Divide the dough into four equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and poke a hole in the center with your finger to shape them into bagels.
  • Place the shaped bagels on the prepared baking sheet.
  • If using, sprinkle your optional toppings over the bagels.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  • Allow the bagels to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
