  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Adds freshness
  • optional Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice together to form a marinade.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a large baking dish and pour the marinade over, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Let it sit for 15-30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer in the baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, then slice and serve.
