Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine apricot preserves and Italian dressing.
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are fully coated.
Sprinkle a dash of garlic powder over the top.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Spoon remaining sauce over the chicken or serve on the side.
