  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup apricot preserves
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 2/3 bottle Italian dressing or less depending on your taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine apricot preserves and Italian dressing.
  • Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are fully coated.
  • Sprinkle a dash of garlic powder over the top.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Spoon remaining sauce over the chicken or serve on the side.
