Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1.5 lbs Baby Potatoes Halved
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.25 cup Olive Oil
  • 0.25 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley Optional

Instructions
 

  • Layer the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot, followed by the halved baby potatoes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour the cheese mixture over the chicken and potatoes, ensuring everything is well coated.
  • Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
  • Once cooked, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
