Instructions
Layer the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot, followed by the halved baby potatoes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix until well combined.
Pour the cheese mixture over the chicken and potatoes, ensuring everything is well coated.
Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
Once cooked, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
