Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef 85% lean
  • 1 large Onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 4 pieces Hamburger Buns
  • 1 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
  • Fresh Parsley chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add sliced onions and cook, stirring often, until caramelized, about 10-12 minutes.
  • Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  • Drain excess fat, then stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Toast hamburger buns until golden and slightly crispy.
  • Scoop the beef mixture onto the bottom half of each bun and top with shredded Swiss cheese.
  • Place the top bun over each sandwich and garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
