Ingredients
  

  • Chicken Breast Boneless & Skinless: 2 large pieces (1 pound) (450g)
  • Egg Noodles: 4 cups
  • Chicken Broth: 3 cups
  • Heavy Cream: 1 cup
  • Garlic Minced: 2 cloves
  • Onion Chopped: 1 medium
  • Carrots Sliced: 1 medium
  • Celery Chopped: 2 stalks
  • Salt & Pepper: To taste
  • Parsley Chopped: For garnish

Instructions
 

  • Use the 'Sauté' function on your Instant Pot to heat a bit of oil. Sauté chopped onions, garlic, carrots, and celery for 3–4 minutes until softened.
  • Add the chicken breasts and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper, then stir to combine.
  • Seal the Instant Pot lid and pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
  • Perform a quick release, then open the lid. Remove the chicken breasts and shred them with two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the pot.
  • Add egg noodles and heavy cream, stirring to coat the noodles. Pressure cook on high for 4 minutes.
  • Perform a final quick release, then open the lid and stir. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
