- Chicken Breast Boneless & Skinless: 2 large pieces (1 pound) (450g)
- Egg Noodles: 4 cups
- Chicken Broth: 3 cups
- Heavy Cream: 1 cup
- Garlic Minced: 2 cloves
- Onion Chopped: 1 medium
- Carrots Sliced: 1 medium
- Celery Chopped: 2 stalks
- Salt & Pepper: To taste
- Parsley Chopped: For garnish
Use the 'Sauté' function on your Instant Pot to heat a bit of oil. Sauté chopped onions, garlic, carrots, and celery for 3–4 minutes until softened.
Add the chicken breasts and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper, then stir to combine.
Seal the Instant Pot lid and pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
Perform a quick release, then open the lid. Remove the chicken breasts and shred them with two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the pot.
Add egg noodles and heavy cream, stirring to coat the noodles. Pressure cook on high for 4 minutes.
Perform a final quick release, then open the lid and stir. Adjust seasoning if needed.
