  • 2 pieces Chicken cutlets Fresh chicken breast cutlets for best flavor

Breading Station

  • ½ cup All-purpose flour For dredging cutlets
  • 1 teaspoon Salt For seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper For seasoning
  • 1 piece Egg (beaten) For coating
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs For coating

Hot Honey Glaze

  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Hot sauce Adjust according to taste

Frying

  • as needed cup Oil for frying Ensure the oil covers the bottom of the skillet

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Season the chicken cutlets with salt and pepper.
  • Set up a breading station with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.

Breading

  • Dredge each cutlet in flour to coat evenly.
  • Dip the floured cutlet into the beaten egg, ensuring it's fully coated.
  • Coat the cutlet in breadcrumbs, pressing to ensure a thick coating.

Frying

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Fry the breaded cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Glazing

  • Mix honey and hot sauce in a small bowl to create the glaze.
  • Once cutlets are cooked, drizzle the hot honey glaze over them before serving.

Serving

  • Serve cutlets warm with sides of choice like salads or mashed potatoes.
