Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until combined. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter until smooth.
  • Add the eggs one at a time to the sugar mixture, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  • Fold in the hot fudge sauce and chocolate chips, avoiding overworking the batter.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cooling

  • Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
