  • Ensure your cream cheese is at room temperature.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Gradually add the hot cocoa mix to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the Cool Whip with a rubber spatula, being careful not to deflate it.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top with marshmallow bits and sprinkles.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
