  • 1/4 cup honey Quality honey for best flavor
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard Use high-quality for better taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Freshly minced for best flavor
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
  • In a small bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, kosher salt, and black pepper.
  • Generously brush the honey mustard mixture on the chicken thighs.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 175°F (80°C).
  • Optional: Broil for 2 to 3 minutes for crispy skin.

Notes

For the best results, marinate the chicken in the honey mustard mixture for a few hours or overnight. Adjust seasonings to your taste, and feel free to add vegetables to the baking dish for a one-pan meal.
