Instructions
Press tofu to remove excess water, then cut into 2 cm thick cubes.
Marinate tofu in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce for 30 minutes.
Mix corn flour, salt, and pepper on a plate. Coat each tofu piece evenly.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry tofu for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
In the same pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, honey, and butter. Stir to combine.
Return tofu to the pan and coat in the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until well coated.
Serve immediately with rice and garnish with spring onions if desired.
