Preparation

  • In a bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil until well combined.
  • Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken breasts.
  • Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken.
  • Cook the chicken for about 6 to 7 minutes on each side until cooked through and the glaze is thick and sticky.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serving

  • Slice the chicken against the grain for tender pieces.
  • Serve on a platter, drizzled with remaining glaze, and alongside rice or vegetables.
  • Optionally, sprinkle with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
