  • 2 pounds frozen meatballs Use beef, chicken, or vegetarian options.
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce Any preferred brand.
  • 1/2 cup honey Adjust for sweetness preference.
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional) For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the frozen meatballs in the crockpot, distributing them evenly across the bottom.
  • In a medium bowl, combine barbecue sauce, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Stir thoroughly.
  • Pour the sauce over the meatballs and stir to coat each one well.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot and cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Once heated through and bubbling, stir again before serving.

Serving

  • Transfer the meatballs to a serving dish and optionally sprinkle with chopped parsley.
