  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Use non-fat Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice Add more for extra tanginess.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced Adjust the amount based on preference.

Herbs and Spices

  • 1 teaspoon dried dill Fresh dill can be used for more flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley Fresh parsley can also be a great addition.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Can be replaced with finely chopped onions.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Adjust according to taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Add more for extra heat.

Optional Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon buttermilk For a thinner consistency.
  • Fresh herbs for garnish Add for presentation.

Preparation

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
  • Add the dried dill, dried parsley, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Whisk everything together until it forms a smooth and creamy dressing.
  • If you prefer a thinner consistency, gradually stir in the buttermilk until you reach your desired thickness.
  • Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together before serving.
