  • 1 cup cottage cheese For a creamier texture, blend before mixing.
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup Buffalo sauce Adjust for desired heat.

Spices

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Garnishes

  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions For garnish.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese Optional, for topping.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and Buffalo sauce.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir everything until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth it out evenly.
  • If using, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.

Cooking

  • Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and heated through.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
