Ingredients
  

For the Dip

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt For creaminess and health benefits.
  • 1 cup low-fat cream cheese, softened Provides creamy texture while keeping it light.
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce Adjust to preference for heat level.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to substitute with other cheeses.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Optional: chopped green onions or cilantro for garnish Add for color and flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
