Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Add Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the mashed bananas. Mix until well blended.
  • In serving glasses or bowls, layer the banana yogurt mixture with granola or crushed graham crackers, starting with the yogurt mix, followed by granola. Repeat layers.
  • Add a layer of banana slices on top for garnish, and sprinkle optional nuts for extra texture.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
