Halloween Pillsbury Ghost Sugar

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix 18 ounces
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 packages Pillsbury Ghost Sugar Cookies

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a cupcake tin with cupcake liners.
  • Prepare the sugar cookie base by placing one cookie dough square in the bottom of each cupcake liner.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, water, vegetable oil, and egg. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the brownie batter over the cookie base in each cupcake liner, filling halfway.
  • Top each cup with another cookie dough square.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 18-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow the brookie cups to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
