Preheat your oven to 200C (400F) and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, eggs, milk, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
With lightly wet hands, roll the mixture into 20 evenly sized meatballs and place them on the lined baking tray.
Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
For stovetop cooking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook meatballs for 12-15 minutes, turning regularly until golden brown.
For air frying, preheat the air fryer to 200C (400F) and cook meatballs for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. To reheat, warm in the oven or skillet.
