Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs (panko recommended)
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 200C (400F) and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, eggs, milk, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  • With lightly wet hands, roll the mixture into 20 evenly sized meatballs and place them on the lined baking tray.
  • Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
  • For stovetop cooking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook meatballs for 12-15 minutes, turning regularly until golden brown.
  • For air frying, preheat the air fryer to 200C (400F) and cook meatballs for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. To reheat, warm in the oven or skillet.
