  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 medium carrots grated
  • 1- inch piece of fresh ginger grated
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Brown the Beef

  • Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  • Add the ground beef and break it apart using a spatula or wooden spoon.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the beef is browned and cooked through.
  • Remove any excess fat from the pan if necessary.

Add Aromatics

  • Once the beef is cooked, add the diced onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the pan.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the onions soften and become translucent.

Add Carrots and Cabbage

  • Stir in the grated carrots and shredded cabbage.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage wilts and softens, but still retains some crunch.

Season the Dish

  • Drizzle in the soy sauce and sesame oil.

  • Garnish with chopped green onions for a fresh touch.
  • Serve and enjoy!
