Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the onion soup mix. Drain excess grease.
Add the cream of chicken soup, cream of cheese soup, and sour cream to the skillet, stirring to combine.
Stir in the broth and then add the instant rice and 2 cups of the cheddar cheese, mixing well.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and smooth it out. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
