Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 ounce packet of onion soup and dip mix
  • 10.5 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 10.5 ounces condensed cream of cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1.5 cups instant rice
  • 1 cup chicken or beef broth
  • 2.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the onion soup mix. Drain excess grease.
  • Add the cream of chicken soup, cream of cheese soup, and sour cream to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  • Stir in the broth and then add the instant rice and 2 cups of the cheddar cheese, mixing well.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and smooth it out. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  • Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
  • Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
