Instructions
Prepare tofu by draining it and pressing to remove moisture. Slice into 1/2-inch thick pieces and press for at least 15 minutes.
In a bowl, mix garlic powder, kosher salt, paprika, ground coriander, and black pepper. Coat the tofu slices evenly with the spice mixture.
In a food processor, combine basil or parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend while drizzling in olive oil to create a smooth sauce.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400ºF). Lightly oil the grates.
Grill tofu slices for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown with grill marks.
Transfer grilled tofu to a serving platter and drizzle with the fresh herb sauce. Sprinkle with extra herbs if desired.

Notes
