ripe peaches
cut in half and pitted

scoop
ice cream
any flavor of your choice per serving
1/4

toasted pistachios
for topping

honey
or any sweet drizzle for topping

for a dash of unexpected zest

for grilling

Instructions
Cut each peach in half and remove the pits. Season the cut sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Drizzle olive oil on the cut sides of the peaches to prevent sticking.
Preheat your grill or grill pan. Once hot, place the peaches cut side down on the grill.
Grill for about 4-5 minutes until charred and slightly soft.
Remove the peaches from the grill and serve each half with a scoop of ice cream on top.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with toasted pistachios. Garnish with fresh basil or mint.
