Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Cooking Chicken

Cooking Broccoli

  • Steam broccoli florets in a separate pot until tender but bright green, about 4-5 minutes.

Making the Sauce

  • In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dried parsley until well combined.

Assembly

  • Slice the grilled chicken into strips.
