Ingredients
  

For the Marinade

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Use whole milk Greek yogurt for best results.
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional) For garnish.

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well blended.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the bowl, ensuring they are well coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the chicken to a resealable bag, removing as much air as possible.
  • Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, but preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

Cooking

  • Preheat your grill, oven, or pan to medium-high heat.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Discard the leftover marinade.
  • Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side if using a grill or 20-25 minutes if baking, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Once cooked, allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve the chicken sliced on a salad, in a grain bowl, or in wraps. Add fresh greens and your favorite sauces for variety. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days, or freeze for up to three months.
