Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups vanilla whole milk Greek yogurt full-fat for extra creaminess
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup for natural sweetness
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract to enhance flavor

Instructions
 

  • Ninja Creami Method: Whisk together Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a Ninja Creami pint container until fully combined.
  • Freeze the mixture for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  • Once frozen, place the container in your Ninja Creami and select the “Ice Cream, Full” setting.
  • Scoop and enjoy immediately, or add your favorite toppings.
  • Classic Freezer Method: Whisk together Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
  • Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container and cover tightly.
  • Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes to soften slightly. Scoop into bowls and add toppings as desired.
