Instructions
Ninja Creami Method: Whisk together Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a Ninja Creami pint container until fully combined.
Freeze the mixture for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Once frozen, place the container in your Ninja Creami and select the “Ice Cream, Full” setting.
Scoop and enjoy immediately, or add your favorite toppings.
Classic Freezer Method: Whisk together Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container and cover tightly.
Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
Before serving, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes to soften slightly. Scoop into bowls and add toppings as desired.
