Toppings

  • 1 banana, sliced Can substitute with other fruits.
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) Seasonal or fresh berries are great.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup For sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans) Add for crunch and nutrition.
  • 1/4 cup seeds (chia seeds or sunflower seeds) Provide additional nutrition.
  • A pinch cinnamon Optional for added flavor.
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish For presentation.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, scoop the Greek yogurt and smooth it out using a spoon or spatula.
  • Sprinkle the granola generously over the yogurt.
  • Slice the banana and layer the pieces nicely on top of the granola.
  • Add a handful of mixed berries to the bowl.
  • Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top.
  • Sprinkle nuts and seeds on top.
  • If using, add a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
