Preparation

  • Start by placing the Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the minced garlic, chipotle peppers, and adobo sauce. Chop the peppers into smaller pieces for easier blending.
  • Squeeze in the fresh lime juice.
  • Sprinkle the ground cumin over the mixture.
  • Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  • Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth. Ensure the chipotle peppers are fully incorporated.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more lime juice or adobo sauce if desired.
  • Transfer the sauce to a serving bowl or airtight container.
