  • 1 lb Ground chicken Use fresh ground chicken for best flavor.
  • 3 cloves Fresh garlic, minced Adjust based on garlic preference.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs Day-old bread for better texture.
  • 1 Egg Large egg to bind the mixture.
  • 1/4 cup Milk Can substitute with a non-dairy alternative.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish and flavor.
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped Can use green onions as an alternative.
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground is best.
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning Feel free to customize.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, chopped parsley, and finely chopped onion.
  • Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste. Mix well using your hands or a spatula.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
