  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) For extra heat
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash the broccoli florets thoroughly and pat them dry.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss well to coat the broccoli evenly.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Cooking

  • Carefully add the coated broccoli to the air fryer basket, spreading them out in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time for even crispiness.
  • After the cooking time, open the basket and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the broccoli. Air fry for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  • Once cooked, carefully transfer the broccoli bites to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley.
