Garlic Butter Honey BBQ Beef Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Beef Chuck Roast
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 6 cloves Garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup Pure Honey
  • 0.5 cup BBQ Sauce thick
  • 8 soft Corn or Flour Tortillas
  • 1 Diced Avocado for topping
  • Fresh Cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Sear the beef chuck roast on both sides until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  • Reduce heat to low and add minced garlic, honey, BBQ sauce, and the remaining butter. Stir to combine.
  • Cover the skillet and let it simmer on low for about 3 hours, until the beef is tender and can be easily shredded.
  • Shred the beef using two forks in the skillet, mixing it with the sauce.
  • Warm the tortillas in a separate pan for a few seconds on each side.
  • Fill the warmed tortillas with the shredded beef and top with diced avocado and fresh cilantro.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop.
