Instructions
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Sear the beef chuck roast on both sides until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Reduce heat to low and add minced garlic, honey, BBQ sauce, and the remaining butter. Stir to combine.
Cover the skillet and let it simmer on low for about 3 hours, until the beef is tender and can be easily shredded.
Shred the beef using two forks in the skillet, mixing it with the sauce.
Warm the tortillas in a separate pan for a few seconds on each side.
Fill the warmed tortillas with the shredded beef and top with diced avocado and fresh cilantro.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
