unsalted butter

Instructions
Preheat a 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels, then season with flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Add olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet. Once melted, add the chicken in a single layer.
Cook the chicken for about 3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, minced garlic, and parsley to the skillet. Cook for 1 more minute, stirring gently.
Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F before serving.
