Ingredients
  

Cookie Base

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened Ensure butter is adequately softened.
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs Add one at a time.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix-Ins

  • 2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (optional) You can substitute with dark or milk chocolate chips.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare two baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.
  • Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by the vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just incorporated.
  • Carefully fold in the Fruity Pebbles cereal and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.

Baking

  • Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and the centers remain soft.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
