Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Ensure the Greek yogurt is smooth and free of lumps.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • Use a whisk or spatula to blend the ingredients until they form a creamy, uniform mixture.
  • If using, fold in the mini chocolate chips gently.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Scoop small portions (about one tablespoon each), and drop them onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping them into bite-sized rounds.

Freezing

  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for 1-2 hours until completely solid.
  • Transfer the frozen bites to an airtight container or resealable bag for storage.
