Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (preferably plain or vanilla) Use full-fat for richer flavor.
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (or any nut butter of your choice) Other nut butters can be used as a substitute.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust the amount to your desired sweetness.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract For added flavor.
  • a pinch none salt Enhances flavor.

Optional Toppings

  • to taste none chocolate chips For a sweeter treat.
  • to taste none crushed nuts Optional for added crunch.
  • to taste none dried fruits Increase sweetness and texture.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until everything is well mixed and creamy.
  • Line a small baking tray or a muffin tin with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Spoon the mixture into small dollops or fill each muffin tin section, leaving a little space at the top since the mixture will expand as it freezes.
  • Optional: Before freezing, sprinkle your chosen toppings on each bite.
  • Place the tray or muffin tin in the freezer and freeze for about 3-4 hours or until solid.

Serving

  • Once frozen, carefully remove the bites from the tray or muffin tin. Store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
