Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored) Use high-quality for a creamier texture.
  • 1.5 cups fresh blueberries Wash and pat dry before use.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Optional for sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional for flavor.
  • a pinch salt Enhances flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash the blueberries thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Use a small scoop or spoon to drop dollops of yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  • Gently press a blueberry into each yogurt dollop, ensuring it’s partially submerged.

Freezing

  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer. Freeze for about 2-3 hours or until the yogurt sets completely.
  • Once frozen, remove the clusters from the baking sheet and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Keep clusters stored in an airtight container and label with the date. They can last up to three months in the freezer. Enjoy them straight from the freezer or allow them to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before consuming.
