Instructions
Peel and slice the bananas into small pieces. Place in an airtight container and freeze for at least two hours.
Transfer the frozen banana slices into a blender or food processor. Blend until creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
Once smooth and resembling soft serve, transfer the mixture back to the airtight container and freeze for another hour to firm up.
Scoop the frozen banana ice cream into bowls or cones. Add your favorite toppings before serving.
