Ingredients
  

Dip Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it's softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup Frank’s RedHot sauce Adjust to taste for preferred spice level.
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2-3 pieces green onions, chopped Optional, for garnish.

Dippers

  • Veggies, chips, or crackers for serving Options include tortilla chips, celery, carrots, and crackers.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and Frank’s RedHot sauce. Stir until well blended.
  • Fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.

Baking

  • Transfer the mixture to a 9x9-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until bubbly and slightly browned.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions if using.

Serving

  • Serve your dip warm with your favorite dippers.

Notes

For variations, consider adding blue cheese or black beans. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for up to three months.
